本毒性分級主要參考MICROMEDEX中，RECOMMENDATION, EVIDENCE AND EFFICACY RATINGS的定義來設定資料庫的毒性等級。

Class A	Randomized controlled trials have been demonstrated risks or effects to the human bodies.	5
Class B1	Drugs which have been investigated via in vivo tests showed potential harmful to human bodies and we need more clinical trials to confirm the toxicity to human.	4
Class B2	Drugs which have been investigated via in vitro tests showed potential harmful to human bodies and further studies should be carried out to confirm it.	3
Class C	expert opinion, case reports or case series	2
